my cousin is getting married.. off to malaysia. haha, i just have to come to blog about this. she's so secretive. i don't know she has a boyfriend, let alone fiance. tsk tsk..
haha, zh says i should turn this into a gossip blog cos i tend to read blogs and friendster for the juiciest gossip. oh well, i shan't spoil my reputation of being ignorant
the worst for my exams is over. fucking history and chinese one after the other.. i was writing for 9 hours. 3 hours on monday afternoon and 6 hours today. bless seeyun's fingers. but now i'm just left with math paper 2 and econs paper 1 and 2. can't wait.. woohoo..
by the time jo reads this, it might be her birthday already! happy birthday jo! we are gonna date on sat, yeah? haha.. with bonnie. threesome..

The Singaporean in me! National day sparked a lot of random thoughts. I am actually glad that UMNO and the anti-Chinese riots got so overboard that LKY and Tunku Adbul Rahman got to declare separation of Singapore and Singapore is officially independent on 9 Aug 1965. YES! It is 1965! I know my history. We even watched this whole episode/talk show about LKY declaring separation and it is probably the one time you see him cry in public. You know LKY English name is Harry. Haha, no wonder he does not use it after he went into politics. He will just be a laughingstock. But no matter how much I might say about him being a communist and stuff, but oh well, he brought Singapore to where we are today. People should just wikipedia lee kuan yew one day. I am doing it now. I just know how to waste time. I cannot imagine me being called a Malaysian or still living in the kampong. I need my internet and technology!! My dad never fails to miss the national day parade which I find so boring. How can anyone (in the past) queues up at places they believe was going to distribute the tickets for nights. Like how crazy fans camp outside shopping centres just so to see their fans. I can never do that. I hate to wait. I am impatient!
My cousin's birthday is coming soon. Actually two cousins. I do not know what to get them. It will probably be an ultra belated birthday present. Haha, and jo's birthday is also coming soon. Aww.. too bad it's during the prelims. Haha

YES! I know I need to update. Haha. I’ve been busy okay. Actually I was just lazy since blogger always died on me. Anyhow, school’s ok (or because there’s barely school) everyone’s ponning like crazy. Talking about ponners, we played a trick on the ponners during hist lecture cos ngoei went berserk. We called the ponners up, tell them that ngoei is really angry with them, with ngoei screaming his head off in the background. They were all on speakers and mikes so the whole lecture group could hear them. Everyone was like shhhhhh.. nat bala is such a smartie. First she goes “mr ngoei.. chill” then she was like “it’s another of your comedy rite?” then we tried it on aaron who actually sound a bit scared BUT the guy who called him did such a bad job. And the rest, they didn’t pick up their phone. So that was quite a break from history and quite a nice 40-min chill-out.
Anyway, it’s so horrible to ask us to write our own testimonials. It’s just so wrong and bizarre. How can I praise myself and inject great characteristics in myself. And I need so much help from the thesaurus. “exhibit” “injected” “showed” “enthusiasm” “respect” all the helping words. GRRR.. but I think it’d turn out quite cool. Cos it’s gonna be really detailed about the things you have done and only you can decide for yourself what you have learnt from the things you do. As well as the personal statement, only you know yourself best. Happy writing to those who are not done with it!! :)
